Job Title: Admin & Accounts Executive
Brand: Chocolove – Artisanal Chocolate & Confectionery, Mumbai
We are looking for an Admin & Accounts Executive to manage daily operational, financial, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate daily sales and purchase entries in accounting software.
- Manage and update inventory records for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Cross-check and reconcile accounts with suppliers, customers, and internal records.
- Generate invoices for clients and track payment collections.
- Record and update payment entries in the system.
- Maintain organized records of bills, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in admin, accounts, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and vendors.
Location: Mahim, Mumbai
Shift: Full-time, 6 days a week

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
