JOB SUMMARY
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and Maintaining Relationships:Establishing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Account Management:Overseeing all aspects of client accounts, including contract negotiations, service delivery, and issue resolution.
- Client Satisfaction:Ensuring clients are satisfied with the products, services, and support they receive.
- Identifying Growth Opportunities:Spotting opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients and generate new business.
- Communication:Acting as the primary point of contact for client communication, relaying client needs to internal teams and providing regular updates.
- Problem Solving:Addressing client issues and complaints promptly and effectively, working to find solutions and prevent future problems.
- Reporting:Preparing reports on account status, sales results, and other key metrics for both internal and external stakeholders.
