About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and
results-driven SAAS Sales Representative to lead the charge in
introducing and promoting our automation and digital transformation services in the Indian market. This role will be pivotal in expanding our client base,
identifying market opportunities, and driving revenue through strategic sales
initiatives.
Job Summary
As a Account Executive - RPA,
you will be responsible for driving sales of our automation services to
enterprise and mid-market clients in India. You will identify prospects, build
relationships, present solutions, and close deals while maintaining a deep
understanding of the SAAS and automation landscape.
Position Summary
As an Account Executive focused on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), you
will be responsible for acquiring new mid-market clients. Your role is central
to driving Valenta’s growth by selling RPA solutions that deliver measurable
business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt for new business: Identify, engage, and close new RPA
opportunities across various industries.
- Grow existing accounts: Drive expansion within current clients by
identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for RPA and adjacent
solutions.
- Consultative selling: Understand client challenges, map RPA use cases,
and articulate Valenta’s value proposition through discovery sessions and
tailored demos.
- Pipeline management: Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurately forecast
revenue, and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with delivery teams: Work closely with business analysts, and
solution architects to design and scope custom automation solutions.
- Market intelligence: Stay current on RPA trends, competitor activity,
and customer insights to effectively position Valenta.
- CRM hygiene: Use HubSpot to track activities, maintain client
records, and generate sales reports.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, consulting, or
technology-driven services.
- Experience selling RPA or Intelligent Automation
solutions (e.g., UiPath, Automation
Anywhere, Blue Prism) is highly preferred.
- Strong consultative sales skills with a track
record of exceeding quotas.
- Comfortable engaging C-level executives and
conducting ROI-based conversations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of
working independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or
related field.
