- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation Conduct outreach calls to U.S.-based convenience store owners to introduce our POS solutions.
- Networking & Relationship Building Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Product Demonstrations Present and demo our POS product line to potential customers, guiding them from interest to close.
- Negotiations & Closing Negotiate pricing and package options, ensuring win-win agreements.
- Sales Quota Achievement Go the “extra mile” to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Pipeline & CRM Management Keep accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer information to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- 2–3+ years of proven sales experience (lead generation, cold calling, high-ticket closing).
- Experienced in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- REQUIRED: Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken & written).
- Nice to Have: Fluency in Gujarati, Punjabi, or Urdu.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.
