Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their academic background, interests, and career goals.
- Recommend suitable programs, certifications, or learning paths tailored to individual student needs.
- Handle student queries professionally through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Clearly explain course structures, schedules, fees, and the enrollment process.
- Use CRM tools to manage and track leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and sustained engagement.
- Build trust and nurture relationships with prospective students to drive enrollment and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education sales. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and guide decision-making.
- Comfortable using digital tools and remote communication platforms.
- Prior experience with CRM or lead management tools is a plus.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
