DoctoSmart is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive business growth.
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in sales leadership, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or tech-based solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base
- Identify new market opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies
