Overview
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with a proven track record of successfully managing both technical and functional hiring requirements for direct clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sourcing, screening, and communication skills, with a solid understanding of US tax terms and hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
Partner directly with US clients to gather and understand hiring needs for both IT and functional roles.
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative channels.
Screen, evaluate, and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and client expectations.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
Negotiate terms with candidates while ensuring compliance with W2, C2C, and 1099 tax regulations.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines and build long-term relationships with prospects.
Provide timely updates and recruitment reports to hiring managers or account teams.
Qualifications
4–7 years of US IT recruitment experience, preferably with direct clients (not through vendor layers).
Demonstrated ability to handle both technical and functional hiring roles.
Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and other recruitment tools.
In-depth knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and hiring practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
