Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and fabrication work for solar panel structures and mounts.
- Read and understand technical drawings.
- Ensure all welding meets safety and quality standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a welder (MIG/TIG/Arc).
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of safety standards and PPE usage.
- ITI/Diploma in Welding or related trade preferred.
