Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Helper Welder to assist welders in daily tasks, prepare materials, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support the fabrication and assembly of metal components. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on welding experience and grow within a skilled trade.We are looking for a skilled and reliable Lays Machine Operator or Helper to assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of Lays machines used in cable, wire, or textile production. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, a focus on safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead welders with setup and operation of welding equipment
- Clean, prepare, and transport materials for welding and fabrication
- Measure, cut, and grind metal parts according to specifications
- Hold and position workpieces during welding operations
- Perform basic welding, tacking, or spot welding under supervision
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE
- Help with cleanup of job sites and workshops
- Support team with other duties as needed

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
