We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and modern web technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, marketers, and content creators—to design and deliver visually compelling, user-friendly websites that align with our brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually engaging website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Stay current on web design trends, best practices, and emerging tools/technologies.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Ensure all designs meet web accessibility (WCAG) and performance standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design work, UI/UX projects, and responsive design.
- Solid understanding of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
- Understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with branding and visual identity systems.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar.
- Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git).
