Overview:
The Seismic Web team is looking for a designer who is passionate about creating a beautiful brand and digital experiences for our global customers. We are looking for someone who’s a team player, loves to roll up their sleeves, and brings a unique lens to the table as we continue to take Seismic’s web properties to the next level.
You’ll work with team members across the entire Seismic organization including web and brand designers, copywriters, web producers, developers, and more. You are an excellent communicator, strategic, elevate ideas, and have the organization skills to manage a complex and fast-paced timeline.
- A portfolio showcasing your foundation in visual design, typography, interaction, and ideation
- 4+ years of design experience for web/digital
- Passion for cutting edge design work that wows customers and meets company objectives
- An ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications
- Knowledge of agile development lifecycles
- Ability to prioritize projects, communicate progress, and deliver on time
- Detail-oriented and system-level thinking
- Comfort in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- An eye for enterprise-business design and aesthetic
- Extensive Figma and Adobe CC experience required
- Responsible for the building experiences for seismic.com that are scalable, captivating, and best-in-class
- Lead projects through the entire lifecycle: planning, creative, production, and delivery
- Be a customer champion, ensuring that the customer is at the center of everything you do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand and other marketing stakeholders
- Design elegant solutions for complex user journeys and present those solutions clearly and effectively
- Facilitate and lead ideation and design workshops with stakeholders
- Work iteratively with developers during both the design and development phases
- Contribute to defining and maintaining the Seismic design system
