Position Summary:
A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers, resolve queries, and generate leads or sales. They serve as the voice of the company and play a key role in customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects from the provided database

Skills & Qualifications:

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
- Polite, confident, and persuasive speaking ability
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus
