Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Driver to manage the transportation of goods between our warehouse, retail locations, and vendors. The role includes driving company vehicles, assisting with loading/unloading, and supporting general warehouse duties when not on the road.
Key Responsibilities:Driving & Transportation:
- Operate company vehicles (van, truck, or forklift, depending on license) to transport goods between locations.
- Ensure safe loading, securing, and unloading of items.
- Maintain timely deliveries and pick-ups as per route schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Warehouse Support:
- Assist with picking, packing, labeling, and sorting products in the warehouse.
- Load and unload deliveries manually or with equipment.
- Organize and store goods in designated areas.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with safety regulations.
Documentation & Communication:
- Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records.
- Communicate delays, incidents, or vehicle issues to supervisors.
- Verify shipment contents and report discrepancies.
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
- Report maintenance needs or damage promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
