Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
- Make outbound calls to potential leads or existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls, answer customer queries, and provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Sales & Lead Generation
- Explain products/services and their benefits to customers.
- Convince and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Data Management
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM.
- Update customer details and ensure accuracy of information.
Problem Solving & Customer Support
- Handle complaints or objections politely and professionally.
- Provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant department.
Team & Process Contribution
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team to achieve overall business goals.
- Provide feedback to improve call scripts, strategies, and customer engagement.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
Compliance
- Follow company policies, call etiquette, and data protection guidelines.
- Adhere to quality standards and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
