Job Summary
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote bike service offerings
- Handle inbound queries related to service bookings, pricing, and availability
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers for feedback
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the concerned department
Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM or Excel preferred)
- Ability to handle customer objections and build rapport
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
