Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Volume Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment activities to meet the fast-paced hiring needs of the organization. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment for roles across various departments.
-Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
-Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure role fit.
-Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage feedback.
-Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
-Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future needs.
Qualifications:
-1–3 years of experience in volume or bulk hiring.
-Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
-Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
-Knowledge of ATS or HRIS platforms is a plus.
