Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Assist customers with product or service-related queries, complaints, or technical issues.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions within specified time frames.
- Record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the system.
- Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
