Job Title: Voice Process Executive – Insurance Sales
Location: Pondicherry / Puducherry
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site / Inbound & Outbound Voice Process
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/inbound calls to potential or existing customers to sell insurance products (Health / Life)
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing of insurance policies
- Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain call logs and follow compliance protocols
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates (0–2 years)
- Language: Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English
- Preferred: Sales-oriented mindset with basic computer knowledge
