For this role, The CTC AGENCY is hiring on behalf of a reputed MNC BPO client for their Hyderabad office (Hi-Tech City). --- Job Overview We are looking for fresh graduates and postgraduates (2022–2025 pass-outs) to join the International Voice Process with a top MNC in Hyderabad. This opportunity is ideal for candidates eager to start their career in the BPO / Call Center industry and gain exposure to international customer service in a US night shift environment. Freshers are welcome – no prior BPO experience required. --- Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls in a professional manner. Assist customers with queries, product information, and issue resolution. Communicate clearly and confidently in English with global clients. Document conversations and update CRM systems accurately. Achieve daily/weekly performance targets (quality, customer satisfaction, productivity). Ensure compliance with company policies and international process standards. --- Skills & Requirements Strong fluency in English (verbal communication with neutral accent). Confident and customer-service oriented approach. Willingness to work in US Night Shifts. Basic computer skills (typing, MS Office, email handling). Quick learner and adaptable to international processes. --- Eligibility Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (2022–2025 batch). Freshers encouraged to apply. Prior experience in BPO / Call Center / International Voice Process is a plus, but not mandatory.
