Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards
- Work flexible shifts including rotational schedules as per business requirements
Required Qualifications
Education:
A Graduate degree preferred; a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience required (freshers may also apply)
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
- Quick learning ability and adaptability to new processes
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in voice process preferred
