We are looking for skilled CNC/VMC Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating and setting CNC/VMC machines, understanding engineering drawings, and maintaining production quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, Production, or related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in CNC/VMC machine operation (freshers with good technical skills may also apply).
- Knowledge of G & M codes, tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes.
- Ability to use basic measuring instruments and quality inspection tools.
- Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and safety awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC/VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, job orders, and specifications.
- Perform tool setting, offset adjustments, and machine programming (basic editing).
- Monitor machining processes to ensure precision, accuracy, and surface finish.
- Conduct inspection and measurement of machined parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machines, tools, and workplace safety.
- Troubleshoot minor machine/program issues and escalate when required.
- Maintain production reports and follow quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
