Responsibilities
1.
Visual Design Creation
Design static and animated graphics for digital platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, etc.)
Create banners, infographics, posters, icon sets, digital brochures, and eBooks
Build custom decks, whitepapers, and sales presentations aligned with brand standards
Collaborate on website visuals, UI design components, and blog illustrations
Craft highly engaging thumbnails, social post templates, and newsletter layouts
Apply creative storytelling, typography, and layout theory to drive message clarity

Branding & Consistency
Maintain and evolve visual brand identity including fonts, color schemes, iconography, and layout principles
Design and update brand kits, style guides, and reusable templates
Ensure all design assets meet accessibility standards (ADA compliant)
Perform visual audits and improve consistency across platforms

Campaign Support
Translate campaign briefs into high-converting creatives and landing page designs
Design ad creatives for Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns
Support lead-gen campaigns with downloadable assets (PDFs, cheat sheets, guides)
Work on both organic and paid visual content, adapting creatives for split testing

Collaboration & Workflow
Partner with content creators, marketers, and product teams to ideate visuals
Participate in creative brainstorming and sprint planning sessions
Maintain an organized repository of design files, assets, and version control
Meet multiple deadlines across projects with flexibility and creative problem-solving
5.
Research & Innovation
Stay updated on current trends in branding, design tools, generative design, and UI/UX
Test and recommend AI-assisted creative tools for speed and quality improvement
Benchmark competitors’ visual strategy to suggest new formats and design types
Identify process automation opportunities (e.g., templates, design macros, auto resizing)
Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Engagement metrics on visuals (CTR, reach, shares, downloads)
Brand guideline compliance and reduction in visual inconsistencies
Timeliness and volume of creatives delivered against content calendar
Internal team satisfaction and cross-functional feedback
Contribution to improved campaign conversion rates (measured quarterly)
Requirements
2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design (freelance or full-time)
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of digital and print designs
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, and AI tools like Krea.ai, Leonardo.ai, Midjourney (preferred)
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, and animation is a plus
Ability to adapt design style based on context (corporate, modern, minimalist, etc.)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail, color, layout, and typography
