Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file visa applications for various countries as per embassy/consulate requirements.
- Review client documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration rules, visa processes, and document requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to collect missing documents and clarify doubts.
- Maintain records of all applications, receipts, and communication with embassies.
- Track applications and update clients about the status.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely filing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa filing or immigration consultancy (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of visa categories, documentation, and embassy processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
