Customer Service:
- Universal Agent Role: Handle multiple channels including voice calls, emails, and chats to provide comprehensive support to investors and distributors.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely manner.
- Effective Communication: Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to interact professionally
- Probing and Objection Handling: Employ effective probing techniques to understand investor/distributor needs and handle objections efficiently.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and participate in root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements in service delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service continuity.
- Feedback Utilization: Encourage and utilize feedback from investors / distributors to continuously improve processes and systems.
Qualification:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in handling services for mutual fund investors and distributors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle multiple communication channels.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Candidate must have completed the NISM VA (National Institute of Securities Markets) certification course.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
