· Assist in managing housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, orderly, and attractive environment for guests and staff.
· Supervise housekeeping team members, including room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry staff.
· Schedule and assign duties to staff; monitor performance and conduct regular inspections.
· Train new and existing housekeeping staff in cleaning procedures, health & safety protocols, and customer service.
· Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and employee work areas to ensure compliance with standards.
· Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and promptly.
· Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
· Assist in budget planning, cost control, and labor forecasting for the department.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
· Act as the Housekeeping Manager in their absence.
