Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Videographer cum Video Editor to join our creative team. The role involves end-to-end video production—from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the creativity to tell engaging stories through video.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, training, social media, events, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing/creative team to develop scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts.
- Operate and maintain video production equipment (cameras, drones, lighting, audio gear, etc.).
- Edit videos with high attention to detail, including trimming, color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Repurpose long-form content into short videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains high production standards.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in videography, editing, and digital content creation.
- Maintain a well-organized archive of raw and edited footage.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (portfolio/reel required).
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, framing, sound recording, and video production techniques.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is an advantage.
- Creative storytelling skills with a strong sense of pace, timing, and music syncing.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in videography and editing.
