Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 1 - 2 years of experience who are passionate about video editing and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for various digital platforms
- Create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or Blender
- Add music, sound effects, graphics, and transitions to enhance video content
- Collaborate with the creative team to align deliverables with project goals and brand guidelines
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and basic motion graphics when required
- Maintain organized project files and consistently meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of experience in video editing (freshers with strong skills are encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve + Photoshop & Adobe illustrator
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects (preferred)
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing skills (preferred but not mandatory)
