About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and self-driven Content Creator + Video Editor who can shoot, direct, and edit high-quality video content for our luxury wellness and beauty brands – Yuan Thai Spa, FTV Salon, and Epsom Cryo Spa. Your content will capture the essence of our services, promote our offerings, and build aspirational visual storytelling around indulgence, transformation, and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Shooting
Visit spa and salon locations regularly to shoot content (client transformations, therapy walkthroughs, product visuals, behind-the-scenes, team moments).
Operate camera equipment (DSLR or smartphone) for both candid and staged shots.
Direct simple on-camera scenes with staff, clients, or influencers.
Ensure high-quality audio, lighting, and framing during shoots.
Editing & Post-Production
Edit reels, short-form videos, YouTube content, and promotional clips using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Add captions, effects, transitions, music, and branding overlays to polish content.
Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Deliver edited content on a pre-decided timeline and maintain brand consistency.
Content Planning Support
Coordinate with the marketing team to understand shoot schedules and brand objectives.
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, trending reels, and visual storytelling.
Stay up-to-date with spa, beauty, and wellness content trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
Prior experience in shooting and editing content for beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
Strong portfolio of video work (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, client testimonials, etc.).
Proficiency in editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and visual composition.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Owns a good quality camera or phone with a high-resolution camera (preferred).
Available for shoots at least 2–3 times a week (across Mumbai locations).
Bonus if you have:
Experience working with luxury or premium brands.
Skills in basic photography for content or thumbnails.
Ability to suggest trending audio and formats.
