Role Overview
The Video Editor will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging videos. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative vision, and attention to detail to deliver visually compelling and professionally finished content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into final, high-quality videos (Long and Short Form).
- Enhance content with transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and color correction.
- Maintain visual consistency and brand style across all video outputs.
- Work closely with the creative and production teams to meet project objectives.
- Organize and manage media assets, ensuring proper file naming and backups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Editing, Media Production, Mass Communication, and related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1–3 years in professional video editing.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Understanding of motion graphics, animation basics, and audio mixing.
- Ability to work with multiple video formats and codecs.
- Basic knowledge of Graphics Designing.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
- Eye for detail, framing, and aesthetics.
