- Drafting Valuation Reports: Prepare detailed valuation reports for properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
- Work closely with valuation engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure reports meet project requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize documentation related to valuation reports, including revisions and archives.
- Compliance: Ensure all reports comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Qualification-Graduation BE Civil , Diploma Civil , MBA
- Experience- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with computer software such as Word and Excel
