- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the Cambridge IGCSE / AS & A Level Psychology syllabus.
- Develop students’ knowledge, skills, and understanding of psychological theories, research methods, and applications.
- Use varied teaching strategies, including practical activities, case studies, and discussions, to encourage active participation.
- Prepare and assess assignments, projects, and examination papers as per board guidelines.
- Provide timely feedback to students and parents on academic progress.
- Maintain up-to-date lesson plans, teaching resources, and records.
- Prepare students for internal assessments, board examinations, and competitions.
- Support the holistic development of students through mentorship and guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning and departmental activities.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development programs.
