Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for US clients (requirement gathering to onboarding).
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
- Work extensively on Vector VMS for requirement tracking and submissions.
- Hire for State Clients and ensure compliance with client hiring policies.
- Negotiate rates, salaries, and close candidates within client budgets.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding with clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience working on Vector VMS.
- Proven track record of hiring for State Clients (Government Requirements).
- Hands-on experience with US IT recruitment & staffing processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.).
- Familiarity with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Ability to work in EST/PST time zones.
Good to Have
- Experience handling a team (for Senior US IT Recruiter role).
- Prior experience in VMS recruiting outside of Vector.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
