Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle recruitment for US-based positions, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Partner closely with Account Managers to fully understand client requirements and priorities.
- Ensure quality sourcing by understanding each job requisition in depth.
- Deliver quick and accurate submissions with a fast turnaround to meet strict client deadlines.
- Apply effective sourcing strategies such as headhunting, internet search, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end: resume screening, interviews, negotiations, and post-placement follow-up.
- Maintain and update an active candidate database for ongoing and future requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of US Full-Cycle Recruiting experience.
- Strong communication skills in English – reading, writing, and speaking.
- Proven ability to interact confidently with US clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven professional.
- Experience in working under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
Additional Details
- This is a project-based opportunity with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
- Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Note: This is not a remote opportunity and select individuals will be required to work from our Ahmedabad facility.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
