We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in online bidding platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar portals. The ideal candidate should be able to generate quality leads, write compelling proposals, and close international projects across various domains like web/app development, design, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms
- Write customized, high-converting proposals and communicate effectively with clients
- Understand project requirements and collaborate with internal teams for accurate estimation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and revenue
- Research and explore new platforms or markets to expand client reach
- Follow up with potential leads and handle pre-sales discussions

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
