About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Fresher) to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will assist in designing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and senior designers to create intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs.
- Design visually appealing and consistent interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user pain points.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from users and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on current UI/UX trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or relevant certification/coursework).
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (college projects, internships, or personal work).
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to take feedback positively and work in a team environment.
Nice to Have (Optional):
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end concepts.
- Exposure to user research methods or tools like Maze, Hotjar, etc.
