Role Overview: As a UI/UX Specialist on our team, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive, user-friendly products that align with our business goals and exceed user expectations. Your contributions will be essential in facilitating clear communication and technical discussions.
Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI/UX
- Excellent visual design skills with an understanding of user-system interaction
- Ability to present and defend design decisions based on the overall design roadmap and individual design thinking and principles
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the dynamics of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
- Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to completion
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to refine and enhance the user experience
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Assess existing applications for UI/UX effectiveness
- Advocate for UI/UX best practices and standards throughout the design and implementation process
Must-Have Skills:
- A strong portfolio showcasing design projects
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with wireframes
- Experience with user research
- Experience with web and mobile app design
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Miro
- Worked with Agile framework
