e are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless usability, visual consistency, and intuitive interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Design wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Maintain and evolve our design systems and component libraries.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability findings.
- Ensure consistency in designs and user experiences across all platforms.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven UI/UX design experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (please include with your application).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
