Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team at our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and hands-on experience creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups based on project requirements
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs
- Maintain design consistency and follow brand guidelines across all platforms
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for web and mobile platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (optional but preferred)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Immediate availability to join onsite in Gurgaon
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
