- Accurately type letters, agreements, legal documents, notices, and internal communication.
- Draft and format sale deeds, lease agreements, booking forms, MoUs, and other property-related documents.
- Transcribe handwritten drafts or verbal instructions into professional documents.
- Maintain digital and physical records of all typed documents in an organized manner.
- Liaise with sales, CRM, and legal teams for document preparation and review.
- Ensure error-free formatting, grammar, and presentation of documents.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Support administrative duties such as scanning, printing, filing, and data entry.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in typing or document preparation.
- Strong command over English (and Marathi/Hindi if applicable).
- Typing speed of at least 30–50 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and basic legal formatting is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
