We are currently seeking experienced freelance linguists for Konkani proofreading tasks. You will be responsible for reviewing translated content, ensuring accuracy, natural flow, proper terminology usage, and adherence to project guidelines.
Requirements
- Ensure accuracy, fluency, and natural flow of the target text
- Correct spelling, grammar, and terminology errors
- Follow client-provided style and quality guidelines
- Maintain consistency across segments
- Deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Proven experience in proofreading or linguistic quality assurance (LQA)
- Native-level fluency in Konkani
- Strong command of English
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle high-volume work efficiently
- Use of machine/auto-translation is strictly prohibited.
