Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

  • Greater than 13 years’ experience. More than 5 years’ experience for solutioning infrastructure transition.
  • Need to have experience solutioning for customer with transition value more than 400 K USD. This is exclusively for transition without BAU factored in.
  • Excellent presentation skill.
  • In depth understanding for at least one technology. Need to understand other technology like cloud, artificial intelligence ,storage , backup etc.
  • Good understanding of process.
  • Good understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
  • Good analytical and problem resolution skills, verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills, customer service and interpersonal skills, and customer focus.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Infrastructure Solution Design:
Develop end-to-end infrastructure solutions tailored to meet business needs, focusing on scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Transition Planning:
Architect and oversee the transition of IT services, systems, or applications from one environment to another, ensuring minimal downtime and risk.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Technology Assessment:
Evaluate existing IT infrastructure and recommend modernization, consolidation, or migration strategies based on industry best practices.
  • Cost Optimization:
Create cost-effective solutions by optimizing infrastructure investments, selecting the right technologies, and controlling implementation costs.
  • Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure:
Design hybrid and cloud-based infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability with on-premises systems.
  • Risk Management:
Identify potential risks in proposed solutions and implement strategies to mitigate them during and after transitions.
  • Technical Leadership:
Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with the architecture blueprint and technical standards.
  • Documentation and Presentation:
Prepare detailed solution designs, technical diagrams, and high-level presentations for stakeholders and clients.
  • Compliance and Standards:
Ensure all proposed solutions adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Migration Execution Oversight:
Supervise execution of migrations, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with the solution blueprint.
  • Performance Tuning:
Monitor and optimize the performance of infrastructure components during and after transitions.
  • Innovation and Trends:
Stay abreast of emerging infrastructure technologies and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Integration:
Coordinate with application, data, artificial intelligence and security architects to ensure a holistic approach to infrastructure solutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Training:
Train and mentor internal teams, ensuring a smooth handover of solutions and building in-house capabilities.
