Training Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate all aspects of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant management.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, trainers, and participants.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in the training or education industry is preferred.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
