Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Employee Trainer to deliver effective training programs to operational staff across departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services. The ideal candidate should have a hands-on understanding of hospitality standards, guest service excellence, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding and induction training for new staff.
- Deliver department-specific operational training (e.g., F&B service, front desk operations, housekeeping procedures).
- Reinforce brand standards, SOPs, hygiene protocols, and customer service skills.
- Organize periodic refresher courses to ensure continued service quality.
- Monitor employee performance post-training and provide feedback to supervisors.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and multimedia aids.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation data.
- Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and customize training accordingly.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hotel Management or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in hospitality operations or training roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate frontline employees.
- Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of e-learning tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Multilingual capabilities for better communication with diverse staff.
- Basic knowledge of local labor laws and health & safety standards.
- Certification in hospitality training or soft skills is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
