- At least 3 Years of experience managing a team of 10+ engineers for Cloud based full stack streaming solutions development & enhancement.
- Experience of handling triple constraints of project and Operations such as Resource handling.
- Lead SCRUM team with SCRUM process and Possess CSM/CSPO Agile SCRUM certifications
- Experience in leading infrastructure, platform or enablement programs for internal customers.
- Gaming and start-up experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated proactive Planning, Execution and Value generations Skills.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Strong experience with Full Stack/ Backend development technologies such as Java, AWS, Micro Services, Distributed Systems, Messaging queues, Serverless
- Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Solid understanding of MVC and stateless APIs & building RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, Presentation, and collaboration skills
