GnS Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd, a leading Kochi-based travel agency, is hiring a Tour Package Sales Executive. If you’re passionate about travel, customer engagement, and sales – we want you on our team! We offer pre-designed international group tours (Japan, Scandinavia, Europe, USA, etc ) and custom domestic packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Present and promote pre-designed international and domestic group tour packages
- Offer personalized travel solutions, custom itinerary planning, and detailed pricing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Update CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth bookings and travel execution
- Participate in travel expos, fairs, and promotional campaigns
- Collect and analyze client feedback; encourage referrals and testimonials
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel/tour sales or a similar industry
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is a plus)
- Persuasive, friendly, and solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of global tourist destinations and current travel trends
- Degree or diploma in Tourism, Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred
Performance Metrics
- Achievement of monthly sales and conversion targets
- Customer satisfaction and testimonial collection
- Timely lead response and effective follow-up
- Revenue generated through direct sales
- Client retention and referral success rate
