As a Tour Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers planning vacations. Your role is to understand their preferences, suggest customized travel solutions, and ensure a seamless booking experience. You’ll combine travel expertise with consultative selling to deliver unforgettable holiday experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client travel preferences, budgets, and constraints through consultations (in-person, phone, or online).
- Design and recommend customized holiday packages (domestic and international) including flights, hotels, activities, and transfers.
- Provide detailed information on travel itineraries, destinations, visa requirements, insurance, and other services.
- Close sales by presenting attractive offers and handling objections with professionalism.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-ups and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for booking confirmations and special requests.
- Stay updated on travel trends, popular destinations, and industry changes.
- Meet individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and complaints diplomatically.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of popular travel destinations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Preferred Skills:
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Prior experience with holiday packages, DMCs, or OTA platforms.
- Certification in travel planning, tourism, or sales is advantageous.
