Qualification and Skills
- ITI / Diploma or equivalent institution.
- 2 to 6 years experience precision mould manufacturing and development
- Excell skilled in handling precision and mirror finish polishing skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with high accuracy inserts.
- Basic knowledge of injection mould and mould manufacturing
- Expertise in polishing electrodes and high-finish surfaces.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform precision and mirror-finish polishing on mould cavities, cores, and inserts.
- Select the proper polishing tools and polishing standards and ensure surface finish quality matches design specifications.
- Collaborate with toolmakers and designers to ensure polishing supports dimensional accuracy
