Qualification:
QITI / Diploma or equivalent institution. Experience:
2 to 6 years’ experience precision mould manufacturing and development.
Excell skilled in handling precision and mirror finish polishing skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with high accuracy inserts.
Basic knowledge of injection mould and mould manufacturing.
Expertise in polishing electrodes and high-finish surfaces.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform precision and mirror-finish polishing on mould cavities, cores, and inserts.
Select the proper polishing tools and polishing standards and ensure surface finish quality matches design specifications.
Collaborate with toolmakers and designers to ensure polishing supports dimensional accuracy.
