We’re hiring a creative Thumbnail Designer to design eye-catching and high-converting thumbnails for our online content. You should have a strong sense of color, composition, and typography, with the ability to create visuals that grab attention and drive clicks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging thumbnails for YouTube and online courses
- Collaborate with the content and video team
- Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines
- Deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Photoshop or similar tools
- Strong portfolio of thumbnail or social media graphics
- Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
