Position Title: TGT Hindi Teacher
Location: Joka, Kolkata
Qualification Required: Any Associate Degree (Bachelor’s or B.Ed. preferred)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced TGT Hindi Teacher to join our academic team in Joka, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Hindi language, effective classroom teaching skills, and the ability to connect with students from Grades 6 to 10.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Hindi language and literature to students in middle and high school
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that meet curriculum standards
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in Hindi
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
- Participate in school events, academic meetings, and parent-teacher conferences
- Coordinate with fellow teachers for academic planning and co-curricular activities
Requirements:
- Any Associate Degree (preferably in Hindi or Education)
- 2 to 3 years of teaching experience at the TGT level(5TH-10TH)
- Strong knowledge of Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and literature
- Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, or State Board curriculum
- Effective classroom management and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and openness to using digital tools for teaching
